Pricing / Image Usage Fees & Terms

Chuck Smart is a digital artist who incorporates a variety of media – including photography, collage, acrylics and pen and ink – in the creation of his images.

The artist may, at his discretion, print one original of each piece on a variety of fine art papers and/or canvas. He reserves the right to create limited edition (up to 10) signed and numbered fine art reproductions of each original work. A limited number of smaller prints may also be available.

All originals are produced from the highest quality, archival materials. Limited edition reproductions are produced individually using archival fine art paper and ink, as well as ColorByte Imageprint RIP software for professional color management.

Use of images:
Reprint rights to the images on this Web site and other images created by Chuck Smart are available for a fee. Fees vary depending on usage.

Terms:
1) Permission will be granted for one-time, one-edition, one-language reproduction only, for the purpose expressly outlined in the written Image Usage Agreement. Any subsequent re-use of the image(s) is forbidden without written permission from the artist.
2) Payment is due upon delivery of the image, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3) Images must be reproduced in their original form without digital retouching or manipulation, unless specific permission is granted in writing by the artist. Images to be used for print purposes will be provided as high resolution electronic files.
4) Credit and/or copyright information must accompany the reproduction.
5) A gratis copy of the publication or other reproduction items should be sent to the artist.
